Over the next two weeks, we'll build your capacity in three simple stages.
We start with Trajectory.
Before you can create momentum, you need to know where you're heading. In our live DENT Goals session, you'll step out of the day-to-day, get clear on what matters most, and set a direction that actually feels worth pursuing.
Then we move into Traction.
Over the following week, you'll complete simple daily capacity actions designed to build focus, resilience and momentum. We'll come back together for a live Traction Focuser Session to remove roadblocks, tighten your focus and keep you moving forward.
From there, you'll have the foundation to create lasting transformation.
When you have clarity and momentum, you naturally make better decisions. You stop reacting to everything around you and start leading yourself with intention.
Inside the 14-Day Capacity Sprint you'll receive:
• A live DENT Goals Session on Monday 6 July from 7:00pm to 8:30pm to set your trajectory.
• A live Traction Focuser Session on Day 8 to help you build momentum and stay on track.
• A 30-minute 1:1 Speed Session you can book at any point during the sprint if you need help getting unstuck, catching up or creating a game plan for what's next.
• Emotional Capacity Training to help you build the resilience needed to perform well when life gets busy.
• A private WhatsApp community for accountability, support and celebrating the wins together.
By the end of the sprint, you'll have a clearer direction, stronger momentum and practical tools you can keep using long after the 14 days are over.
More importantly, you'll understand what creates capacity, what quietly steals it, and how to build more of it on purpose.
