The October
finishing strong Squad™

8 weeks
Starts October 2026
Each month, I onboard 5 new men into Peak, a health and performance community for men in their 30’s and 40’s.
Most men will wait until January to start 2027.
My advice, don’t be like most men.
Because January is about three months too late.
The final quarter of the year has a habit of disappearing.
Business ramps up. The family calendar fills up. Christmas parties appear from nowhere. Whatever is loudest starts winning.
You keep everything moving.
But your own routines, priorities and standards slowly get pushed down the list.
Your head gets cluttered. Attention gets scattered. Training slips. You start reacting instead of choosing.
Then you crawl into Christmas cooked, take a couple of weeks off and tell yourself you’ll get back on top of everything in January.
Fuck that.
What if you used the final quarter to finish 2026 strong and give yourself a run-up into 2027?
That’s what the Finishing Strong Squad™ is about.
It’s the October intake into Peak, my health and performance community for driven men in business in their 30s and 40s who want to build high capacity and extend their prime.
Each month, I open Peak to just five new men.
We learn together.
We plan together.
We keep each other accountable.
And every quarter, we get together to train, think, plan, eat and spend proper time around good men doing good shit.
If you don’t want to accept slowing down as part of getting older...
If you don’t want your calendar getting fuller while your energy, training and presence slowly disappear...
If you don’t want to build a great business and then realise you’ve sacrificed yourself along the way...
Good. You’ve found your space.
Every new member enters Peak through an eight-week experience called High Capacity™.
And for the October squad, there’s a simple mission:
Finish 2026 clear, calm, strong and with enough in the tank to actually enjoy Christmas — then hit 2027 with a run-up.
Here’s what happens during those first eight weeks.
First, we’ll get clear on what actually matters.
Using our DENT Goals methodology, we’ll get clear on what deserves your time, attention and energy.
Where are you going?
What matters in this season of your life?
What are the few things that deserve your focus?
Less mental clutter. Less carrying shit that isn’t yours. More clarity about the hill you’re genuinely willing to die on.
Next, we’ll build your ability to be present under pressure.
You’ll understand what triggers you and why.
You’ll build a deeper understanding of how the people around you think and relate, so you can meet them where they’re at.
And you’ll learn practical ways to use your mind, body and breath to put yourself in an optimal state for decision-making.
Not when everything is quiet and controlled.
When business is busy, the kids are loud and everything seems to need you at once.
The goal isn’t less responsibility.
It’s more capacity.
Then, we’ll install the foundations for intergenerational health.
No quick-fix fitness trends.
We’ll unpack the principles of real-world strength and fitness you can keep for decades, using models for nervous system regulation, breathing mechanics and the Anywhere, Anytime Athlete method I’ve built over 22 years.
Not so you can pretend you’re 23 again.
So you can stay athletic, capable and confident for decades to come.
Over the eight weeks, here’s the pathway we’ll work through:
DENT Goals — turn your yearly vision into 90-day targets, weekly actions and daily defaults.
The Story Audit — stop carrying old stories that are shaping how you show up now.
The Mission Matrix — get clear on what matters and align your time and energy with it.
Identity Architect — reverse-engineer who you need to become to live the vision.
Pure Presence — cut through the roles and conditioning so you can be present when it matters.
Engineering Flow — build the conditions that make your best states more repeatable.
Anywhere, Anytime Athlete — build a strong, capable body for the life you actually want to live.
Nervous System Regulator — learn to switch on, slow down and recover when you need to.
The Power of Play — use challenge, curiosity and play to restore energy and keep your mind and body young.
Nine modules. Eight weeks. All built around three things:
Clear Purpose. Calm Presence. Confident, Athletic Body.
That’s how you build High Capacity.
That’s what we’re building together over your first eight weeks.
But you’re not doing those eight weeks in isolation.
From day one, you’re also inside Peak.
This is where the community and ongoing support come in.
As a Peak member, you’ll get access to our weekly workshops across Purpose, Presence and Physiology.
But this isn’t Netflix for personal development where I dump a pile of content on you and hope you figure out what to watch.
You and I will decide which workshops are relevant for you based on where you are now and the vision you’re building towards.
You’ll also have functional training to follow, ongoing accountability from the community, and access to our quarterly Peak Intensives.
So the distinction is simple:
High Capacity gives you the foundations.
Peak gives you the room, workshops, accountability and experiences to keep building on them.
And for the Finishing Strong Squad, your next two Peak experiences line up perfectly with what we’re doing.
8–11 October: Gold Coast Hinterland.
We’ll get out of the normal noise to train, think, plan and put some proper attention on how you want to finish 2026.
We’ll work on your vision and how you need to show up for the final quarter.
We’ll train together.
Eat together.
And make space for the conversations that rarely happen when you’re bouncing between meetings, family and everything else.
Then we turn our attention to what comes next.
11–12 December: 2027 Direction — Manly + Live Online.
Before everyone disappears for Christmas, we’ll preload 2027.
Where are you going?
What matters next year?
What needs to happen each quarter?
And what does that mean for how you work, train, live and show up each week?
If you’re in Manly, we’ll do it together in person, then hit the beach, train and break bread together.
If you’re interstate, overseas or can’t make Manly, you can join the Direction work live online.
Finish 2026 strong. Start 2027 already moving.
Your access to the next Peak Intensive is included when you join High Capacity.
And as part of the October Finishing Strong Squad, you’ll get access to both the Hinterland Intensive and 2027 Direction.
Now, I can tell you all day that this stuff works.
I’d rather let the men I’ve worked with do some of the talking.
I’ve spent 22 years working in wellbeing and performance with more than 10,000 people — from founders and business owners to professional athletes and special forces recruits.
Jackson is a husband, dad and owner of multiple businesses.
He said our work helped him see the bigger picture and prioritise where his focus and energy should go when there were so many competing demands on his time.
That’s the work.
Not removing responsibility.
Getting better at knowing what deserves you.
Connor, founder of Code 5 Fitness, has worked with me for more than a decade. After being part of Peak, he described it as:
“The best decision I’ve made.”
This won’t work for you if you want to cruise, blame everyone else for where you’re at or join another program you can consume without actually changing anything.
But if you’re doing well in business and know there’s another gear in you...
If you carry plenty of responsibility and want the capacity to handle it better...
If you want to be more present with your wife and kids...
If you want to stay strong, athletic and competitive as you get older...
And if you want good men around you who’ll keep you accountable to the standards you say matter...
You’ll probably feel pretty at home inside Peak.
Peak gets you in the room.
High Capacity gets you on the same page.
The Finishing Strong Squad gives us something to go after together, right now.
Your first eight weeks inside High Capacity are $2,000.
Pay in full, or secure your place with a $500 deposit, followed by 4 more fortnightly payments.
As soon as you join, we’ll build your Personalised Gameplan and have a Traction Call to work out where you are, where you want to go and what deserves your attention first.
Then we get to work.
And I don’t want you having to gamble on whether Peak is the right community for you.
So here’s the deal.
Do the eight weeks.
Build your High Capacity foundations.
Use the workshops that are relevant to you.
Meet the men.
Experience the community.
Finish the year with us.
Then decide.
If you get 4 weeks in and think the training isn’t for you, I will refund you your money - no questions.
If you get to the end of the eight weeks and think, Great experience, but Peak isn’t my room, no problem.
Shake hands. See you later. There is zero obligation to continue.
You do not sign up for 12 months of Peak before you’ve experienced it.
If these are your people and you want to keep going, your 12-month Peak commitment begins only after High Capacity finishes.
The Peak payments do not overlap with your eight weeks.
For the next 10 men who continue into Peak, it’s $500 per month for the following 12 months.
If you come in at $500, that rate stays yours while you remain in Peak.
After those 10 places are gone, the price goes up.
So your downside is capped at the eight-week experience you actually signed up for.
No blind 12-month commitment. No hoping the community is what I said it was. Experience the room first. Then make the call.
Each month, I only open five places so I can properly onboard every new guy.
For October, those five men become the Finishing Strong Squad™.
Step 1: Secure your spot HERE for one of October’s five places.
Step 2: We’ll build your Personalised Gameplan and book your Traction Call so you can start moving straight away.
Then we get to work.
Don’t wait until January to start 2027.
Finish strong.
Give yourself a run-up.
No passengers. All drivers.
Big love,
Dave
P.S. Your Personalised Gameplan + Traction Call happen straight away. We’ll use them to decide what needs your attention first and which Peak workshops are most relevant to where you are and where you’re going. You won’t be handed a library and told to figure it out yourself.
