The plan is simple:

Day 1: DENT Goals
We kick off by setting the DENT Goals.
Define what matters, Establish your non-negotiables, Name the targets, and Track how you’ll get there.
There’s no better way to start than by planning ahead—so from Day 1, you’ve already made a dent in your life.

Phase 1: Quick Wins & Clarity (Weeks 1–4 — Body)
We kick off with a clear game plan and fast momentum. You’ll lock in simple, high-leverage habits for movement, sleep, and recovery, then pressure-test them in weekly 2-hour live sessions (Q&A + coaching). Expect early wins, better energy, and a foundation you can actually keep.

Phase 2: Inner Operating System (Weeks 5–8 — Self)
Now we tune your mind. Using BSFT frameworks and your Identity Compass insights, we’ll map triggers, patterns, and focus. You’ll install daily practices to reduce noise, sharpen decision-making, and stay calm under load. Workshops + hot seats make it practical, not theoretical.

Phase 3: Fuel & Feedback Loops (Weeks 9–12 — Food)
We simplify nutrition. You’ll adopt a “few rules, big results” approach: clear targets, easy defaults, and on-the-go strategies. Templates, playbooks, and a bonus podcast deep dive help you personalize without obsessing. Track what matters, drop what doesn’t.

Phase 4: Time, Systems & Scale (Weeks 13–16 — Time)
Finally, we design a week that works. You’ll build a lightweight schedule, guardrails for deep work, and a recovery rhythm you can live with. We’ll stress-test your plan in live workshops, refine bottlenecks, and lock in your PEAK routines for the long haul.

The cadence

  • Weekly 2-hour live trainings (workshops + Q&A + real coaching)

  • Worksheets, templates, and playbooks for each pillar

  • Private community support and accountability check-ins

  • Bonus 30–60 min podcast deep dives to reinforce key moves

How you’ll know it’s working?

  • Clear metrics: energy, focus, performance, and consistency trending up

  • Fewer decisions, more execution

After Week 16:
