I’ve written a book (Minding Yourself), a TED Talk Speaker, hosted podcasts, and built BSFT to help people bridge the gap between potential and performance.

I also use tools like Identity Compass®, not to box you in, but to show you where your blind spots are, and how to work with them.

Most importantly, I’ve done this work myself.

I don’t teach from theory. I teach from practice.
