I’ve been in this work for two decades.
I’ve coached athletes, business owners, leaders, and everyday people who wanted to get more from themselves, not through hacks, but through real change.
I’ve written a book (Minding Yourself), delivered a TEDx Talk, published 100’s of podcasts, and built BSFT to help people bridge the gap between their current way of being, and their true presence and performance.
AKA, their potential.
I also use tools like Identity Compass®, the Enneagram and other mind-body assessments, not to box you in, but to show you where your blind spots are, and how to turn them into strengths.
Most importantly, I’ve done this work myself.
