Thank you for shopping with us – we hope you love the new additions to your wardrobe! We proudly stand behind every product bearing the patented dumbbell logo and/or the BSFT Apparel® name. If you are not 100% happy with the items you purchased, please read our returns policy and complete the below form to return the item(s) you bought. Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.


 

RETURNS POLICY

We will happily refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met:

  • Returns are received by us within 20 days of you receiving your items
  • All labels/tickets are attached.
  • Items are unworn and in original condition as purchased

 

WHAT IF YOU SENT ME A FAULTY ITEM?

We want you to absolutely LOVE your gear, so if you received an order that isn’t quite right, please email info@bsft.com.au and we’ll do everything we can to have you smiling again.


 

WHAT RETURN OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

You can select either a refund for the cost of the item, or a store credit. If you choose a store credit for your return, we’ll send you a voucher for 100% of cost of your item.


 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS?

Sale items can only be returned or exchanged if they are faulty.
