Shipping is FREE for all orders $150 and over.

 

EXPRESS

Cost: From $10.

Delivery time: 1-2 business days after being shipped.

Features: Tracking available through Australia Post.


 

LOCAL PICK-UP (Brisbane residents only, sorry!)

Cost: Free! Once your order is packed and ready you will receive a confirmation email that your order is completed and ready for pick-up.

When can I pick it up: Monday to Thursday between 3:30pm and 7pm. Once your order is packed you will receive an email confirmation that you order in complete and ready for pick-up.


If you have not received your item/s within 5 business days of placing your order please email us on info@bsft.com.au with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

BSFT Apparel is not responsible for any lost or delayed parcels once lodged with Australia Post.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Cost: From $12.

Delivery time: 10+ business days after being shipped.

Features: No tracking available.


STANDARD

Cost: From $20.

Delivery time: 6+ business days after being shipped.

Features: Tracking and email notifications.


EXPRESS

Cost: From $30.

Delivery time: 2-4 business days after being shipped.

Features: Tracking, email and SMS notifications, signature on delivery.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. BSFT Apparel takes no responsibility should such a delay occur, as it is the sole discretion of customs officials whether to release a package. If you have any issues, we recommend contacting your local customs office. In the event that any customs fees, taxes and duties apply, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
